<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li>
