Job Summary:

As an Amazon Account Manager at our agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, developing strategies, and providing guidance to help clients achieve their Amazon goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong partnerships.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to formulate effective Amazon strategies aligned with their specific business goals.

Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze Amazon advertising campaigns’ performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.

Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation of budget resources to meet campaign objectives.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on Amazon’s advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support clients in achieving their Amazon objectives.

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and advertising options. Preferably has worked for an an amazon agency before.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console and related analytics tools.

Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
