Every day, we help more and more brands accomplish this growth. Our quickly-expanding team is looking for enthusiastic Amazon Brand Strategists to join us in our successes. We need both seasoned Amazon advertisers – as well as digital marketers with some Amazon Seller experience – who are hungry to help our clients succeed on Amazon.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Own client relationships as the main point of contact for 10-15 clients
• Work with each client and our Straight Up Growth (SUG) team to develop action-based plans to optimize Amazon performance and work towards client-specific goals
• Collaborate with the SUG Advertising team to ensure your initiatives are being implemented accurately and effectively – watching for specific metrics and other factors to determine whether they are successful or if changes are needed
• Have a strong working knowledge of each client’s business and be able to identify opportunities and challenges
• Interpret data points from across multiple sources to paint one clear picture for both clients and the SUG team
• Provide quality consulting to clients on best practices for all Amazon-related content and questions
• Train junior team members to help them continually learn and grow in their knowledge
• Manage a sales quota based on realistic upsell and growth targets

A strong candidate for this role will fit the following credentials:
• Currently manages $5M+ of ad spend on Amazon annually; either in-house or for an agency
• Spends 60% of time managing client relationships; building trust, interpreting needs, working together to build custom strategies, upselling clients, gaining referrals, and creating case studies
• Spends 40% of time on project management; strategizing with in-house operations to achieve specific results, running analysis to determine the effectiveness of efforts in relation to client goals, developing clear ways to communicate this analysis to clients, and determining how to either continue successes or rectify shortcomings
• -Has experience with Amazon ad products such as SP, SB, SBV, and SD (DSP a plus)

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of Client Management Experience (or in-house experience managing conversations on the Amazon front with key stakeholders)
• 3-5 years of Amazon advertising and operations experience
• 3-5 years of experience navigating Seller Central and the Ads Console
• Strong communication abilities – especially related to interpreting large amounts of data and boiling it down to one clear message
• Impeccable organization – able to have multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks according to both urgency and importance
• Experience with Sales Forecasting
• Strong work ethic. As we are fully remote, we trust our employees to be able to manage their own time and tasks without needing frequent check-ups
