Entry and processing of customer delivery notes.
Entry of despatched orders onto our carriers online booking systems.
Supporting the sales team and warehouse with administration tasks.
Answering phone calls from customers.
Communicating feedback from customers.
Dealing with customer quote requests via telephone and email.
Daily filing and scanning of completed customer orders.
Requirements for the role:
Good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
Ability to prioritise own workload.
Strong communication skills.
Well versed in IT skills for example Sage and Microsoft Office Suite.
