Job Description

** Duties &

Responsibilities *
* – Maintain basic accounting record
– Handle petty cash payments
– Provide general administrative duties and support to Management
– Handle phone calls, filing, and data entry.
– To issue PO/invoice/cheque to vendors, subcontractors, or clients
– Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

** Requirements**:

– Min. 1 to 2 years of Account & admin experience in the construction industry
– Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
– Good learner and positive attitude
– Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
