Actalent is Hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians // Must live in Tennessee // First Shift Job Description
This role involves triaging requests by providers and/or members/members representatives for pharmacy prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals. You will enter authorizations and test claims into the pharmacy benefit system to ensure appropriate claim adjudication. Responsibilities also include performing system edits, data entry, completing tracking logs, and assisting with departmental audits and quality improvement activities.
Hard Skills
PTCB certification
Experience in data entry
Understanding of pharmacy benefit systems
Ability to perform data analysis

Ability to work under moderate/minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Additional Information
Candidates are required to be local in Chattanooga, Tennessee – we will not consider candidates from outside states. The work environment is home office and must be HIPPA compliant. This is a fully remote work opportunity with PTO and benefits from day one. There is upward mobility to leadership and bonus opportunities as well. This role is a contract to hire for a duration of 3 months.
