Job Description
Position: Account Cum Admin
a) Issuance of invoices;
b) Data entry of Incoming invoices;
c) Petty Cash reimbursements;
d) Payment to Suppliers;
e) Follow-up on payment from Customers;
f) Arrange workers’ accommodation, transport, daily attendance records, courses register;
g) General administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, opening letter box, filing of documents, stationeries and office supplies replenishments etc;
h) Monthly workers’ payroll;
i) Maintain workers records;
j) Yearly IRAS preparation and
k) Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
